Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation and Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without providing any reason.
If a defect or fault is found in our product, we will honor a full refund. The deadline for requesting a refund for a faulty product order is 7 days from the time you receive the goods or when a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The goods were delivered within the last 7 days.
The goods are faulty/defective.
The goods are unused and in their original condition.
The following goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
